How Does It Work?
- When maintenance requests are submitted through our system, they have to be processed.
- According to each request, work orders are assigned to vendors or field service reps.
- To receive work orders, you will either need Transaction Credits or a Preferred Membership.
- Transaction Credits are needed to process work orders from registered users.
- One transaction credit is debited for each bid/estimate request or work order that is sent to you.
- If you choose a transaction cycle (1, 3, 6 or 12 months), any credits you have are not debited until your cycle expires.
- Contractors can requests bids, but generally, the system is designed for them to assign work orders to you.
- A Preferred Membership allows you to receive work orders from both registered and non-registered users.

So, When Ordering Transaction Credits, What am I paying for?
- First of all, this is not a lead generation system, so you are not paying for leads.
- Even though list management is incorporated within, you are not paying to be on a list.
- This is not a bidding application, so you are not paying to gain positioning in the ranks for work.
- Simply, this application is a management tool used in managing and coordinating your work orders.
- In conclusion, you are paying to use this application. The amount you pay is based on your usage.
