- As a vendor or field service rep, you will need transaction credits in order to receive work orders.
- One transaction credit is debited for each bid/estimate request or work order that is sent to you.
- If you choose a transaction cycle (1, 3, 6 or 12 months), any credits you have are not debited until your cycle expires.
- Contractors can requests bids, but generally, the system is designed for them to assign work orders to you.
